Has anyone tried the Nateen Ultima diaper? It seems to have just come out. It's plastic backed and made in the USA. I wonder if they are similar to the US produced Northshore Megamax?

Well they certainly aren't cheap are they! Maybe worth it though, Nateen's other products are really good. I may have to give them a try.

No picture of the actual diaper itself. I even ran a search on it and found nothing. A mystery diaper, at $4 a diaper, , no thanks, I'll wait for pics maybe a review or two

I recall the OG Nateen diapers having the worst tapes I've ever used. Without better info on how this is different I'd hesitate to spaned 40 bucks on a pack.

Correct. Still have most of a couple cases. Tapes were worthless

No pictures anywhere no matter how much you search. They want you to buy it first. And they're not so great according to utefan and QuinoaPilaf. Also around $40/pack, I'd have to wait for a review too.

Looks like Tena came out with a new product too. Back in June. Anyone know anything about them?

I ordered a case of them a couple of months ago. They are a good diaper. Cloth backed, fit well, the wide tapes on them hold well and don't stretch too much. They have a realistic capacity of about 500-600ml. They have short leak guards so I don't find them very good for actual night time wear.

Odd, when I ordered Nateen, the site from the manufacturer clearly mentioned they're made in Belgium, hence they were so cheap for me.
However this was the cotton feel version and I really don't like the rough inner absorbent area. It scratched on my skin

I wish there were pictures. They are also cheaper on the Nateen website.

I did try Nateen but I'm sure they were only mid-range ones and I didn't rate them much.

They are also on the LL medico site for a lower amount. I'll bet that prices will eventually go down once the product becomes established and they are competing against the likes of Sunkiss, etc. Hopefully someone will offer a sample pack.

idk, I'm not hopping on the hype train. Maybe ask the seller for a sample pack in exchange for a review and then you can tell us how good or bad it is.

The cotton feel version was definitely medium range, a diaper meant to be changed frequently, more for hospitals or people who require frequent changes.
Medium absorption, definitely not for the night but still the rear pad was thicker than the front, so I think it's more for bedridden patients
